以ANSYS为平台编制了具有可移植性的APDL程序,建立了损伤累积模型,对平面编织层合板的损伤破坏行为进行了数值仿真。该模型对适合于单向铺层的Hanshin判据和Reddy刚度衰减方法进行了相应的修正。为验证模型的有效性,对G803/5224平面编织光滑板、孔板进行了相应的试验研究。结果表明,该模型仿真结果与试验结果吻合,并且比较简单直观,为平面编织层合板的损伤扩展与破坏的研究提供了便于工程应用的数字化手段。
The APDL program with portability was developed based on ANSYS platform. The cumulative damage model was established and the damage behavior of the plane braided laminate was numerically simulated. The model corrects Hanshin criterion and Reddy stiffness attenuation method suitable for unidirectional ply. In order to verify the validity of the model, a corresponding experimental study on the G803 / 5224 flat woven smooth plate and orifice plate was carried out. The results show that the simulation results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the results are simple and intuitive. It provides a digital means for the engineering application of the study on the damage propagation and damage of the plain braided laminate.
