用研磨法制备了不同摩尔比的薄荷醇β-环糊精包合物,通过用乙醇洗涤或蒸馏包合物,并用分光光度法分别测定了包合物的表面薄荷醇量和总薄荷醇量,并计算了薄荷醇的包合率。结果表明在薄荷醇/β-环糊精的摩尔比为1.05∶1时,表面薄荷醇量最低且包合率最大。
Different concentrations of menthol β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound were prepared by grinding method. The inclusion complex was washed or distilled with ethanol, and the content of menthol and total menthol of the inclusion compound were determined by spectrophotometry , And calculated inclusion rate of menthol. The results showed that when the molar ratio of menthol / β-cyclodextrin was 1.05:1, the surface menthol content was the lowest and the inclusion rate was the highest.
