１９９４年５～７月在广州市荔湾区和越秀区的２～６月龄的健康婴幼儿分别使用脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）三价糖丸疫苗和液体疫苗进行基础免疫。结果表明，两种剂型疫苗免疫后的脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率均为９７～１００％，ＧＭＴ在５６～１０５之间。在免疫效果方面，两者间无显著性差异。两种疫苗的免疫效果十分理想。但液体疫苗的ＧＭＴ略高于糖丸疫苗。在使用上，液体疫苗更适合于１岁内婴幼儿。糖丸疫苗则适合于１岁以上的儿童
From May to July 1994, healthy infants aged 2-6 months in Liwan District and Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were given basic immunization with polio vaccine and liquid vaccine respectively. The results showed that the positive rates of type I, type II and type III neutralizing antibodies after immunization with the two vaccine types were both 97-100% and the GMT was between 56-105. In the immune effect, there was no significant difference between the two. The immune effect of both vaccines is very good. But the liquid vaccine GMT slightly higher than the pill vaccine. In use, the liquid vaccine is more suitable for infants 1 year old. Sugar pills vaccine is suitable for children over 1 year old
