[答]CO中毒时,有脑水肿者可用冬眠疗法。适应证为:(1)昏迷时间在10～12小时以上,深昏迷病人经吸氧后6～8小时仍未苏醒或昏迷程度未见减轻;(2)发热肛温在39℃以上;(3)呼吸每分钟超过30次或有呼吸循环衰竭表现者;(4)频繁抽搐病人;(5)视乳头有显著水肿者。
[Answer] CO poisoning, brain edema may be used hibernation therapy. Indications are as follows: (1) coma time in more than 10 to 12 hours, deep coma patient 6-8 hours after the oxygen has not been awake or no reduction in coma; (2) fever anus temperature above 39 ℃; (3) ) Breathing more than 30 times per minute or those who have respiratory failure performance; (4) frequent convulsions of patients; (5) optic disc with significant edema.
