目的分析TORCH抗体的检测结果,进一步了解曲靖地区不同人群TORCH感染情况。方法回顾性分析3 035例TORCH抗体检测结果,并将检测结果按男性组和女性组、未成年人组和成年人组分组,统计TORCH各病原体抗体阳性率。结果 (1)TORCH-IgG各项抗体检测中,以CMV-IgG抗体总阳性率最高为84.78%。TORCH-IgM各项抗体检测中,以RUVIgM抗体总阳性率最高为9.92%。(2)女性组风疹病毒(RUV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)Ⅰ/Ⅱ-IgG、IgM抗体阳性率均高于男性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但弓形虫(TOX)-IgG和IgM在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)成年人组TOX、RUV、CMV和HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgG抗体阳性率均高于未成年人组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成年人组TOX、RUV和HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgM抗体阳性率均高于未成年人组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但CMV-IgM两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲靖地区CMV、RUV、HSVⅠ/Ⅱ感染率较高,成年人组和女性组感染率较高,应早期发现TORCH感染并对感染者采取一定的干预和治疗措施。
Objective To analyze the detection results of TORCH antibody to further understand the TORCH infection in different populations in Qujing. Methods A retrospective analysis of 3 035 cases of TORCH antibody test results, and the test results by male and female groups, minors and adults groups, statistical TORCH antibody positive rate of each pathogen. Results (1) In the detection of TORCH-IgG antibodies, the highest positive rate of CMV-IgG antibody was 84.78%. TORCH-IgM antibody detection, the total positive rate of RUVIgM antibody was 9.92%. (2) The positive rates of RUV, CMV and HSV Ⅰ / Ⅱ-IgG and IgM in female group were significantly higher than those in male group (P <0.05) ), But there was no significant difference between TOX-IgG and IgM (P> 0.05). (3) The positive rates of TOX, RUV, CMV and HSVⅠ / Ⅱ-IgG antibody in adult group were higher than those in the minor group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rates of TOX, RUV and HSVⅠ / Ⅱ-IgM antibodies in adult group were significantly higher than those in non-adult group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between CMV-IgM group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The infection rate of CMV, RUV and HSV Ⅰ / Ⅱ in Qujing area is higher. The infection rate is higher in adults and females. TORCH infection should be detected early and certain intervention and treatment measures should be taken for those infected.
