文化产业是一个国家和地区综合竞争力的重要组成部分。纵观20世纪的人类社会发展,如美、英、日、韩等发达国家,其综合国力中文化竞争力和影响力占据着日益重要的地位。文化产业因其环保、可持续等特点,在当前国际实体经济遭受低迷之时,更是世界主要国家优先发展的重要部分。我国经济崛起成为世界第二大经济体,但与之相匹配的文化魅力和影响力却亟待拓展。加之我国正在进行产升级,正处在经济结构的调整、增长方式的转变、提高国家的竞争力的关键时期,文化产业自然成为未来重点发展的领域。在党的十七、十八大上,文化产业已经被确定为我国发展的支柱产业。
Cultural industry is an important part of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country and region. Looking at the development of human society in the 20th century, such as the developed countries such as the United States, Britain, Japan, and South Korea, their cultural competitiveness and influence in the overall national strength occupy an increasingly important position. Due to its environmental protection and sustainability, the cultural industry is also an important part of the priority development of major countries in the world when the current international real economy suffers from a downturn. The rise of China’s economy has become the second largest economy in the world, but its matching cultural charm and influence are in urgent need of expansion. In addition, China is carrying out production upgrading and is in the crucial period of economic restructuring, changes in the mode of growth and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the country. Naturally, the cultural industry will naturally become the key area for development in the future. At the 17th and 18th CPC National Congress, the cultural industry has been identified as the pillar industry for our country’s development.
