【目的】观察青蒿素、哌喹、青蒿素哌喹片(Artequick)抗性产生的速度和程度。【方法】参照大剂量复燃法进行抗青蒿素、抗哌喹、抗Artequick虫系的培育,每5代采用Peters 4 d抑制试验检测90%有效剂量(ED90),并计算抗性指数I90。【结果】历时8个月,抗性培育至30代,青蒿素和Artequick抗性指数I90分别为9.1和8.6,均为轻度抗性;哌喹抗性指数I90是22.9,为中度抗性。【结论】青蒿素与Artequick不易产生抗性;青蒿素与哌喹联合应用,可以延缓抗性产生。
【Objective】 To observe the speed and degree of artequick resistance induced by artemisinin, piperaquine and artemisinin. 【Method】 The anti-artemisinin, anti-piperine and anti-Artequick strains were cultured with reference to the high-dose reactivation method. The 90% effective dose (ED90) was detected by Peters 4 d inhibition test every 5 generations and the resistance index I90 . 【Result】 After 8 months, the resistances were cultivated to 30 generations. The artemisinin and Artequick resistance indices I90 were 9.1 and 8.6, respectively, which were mild resistance. The piperdoxine resistance index I90 was 22.9, which was moderate Sex. 【Conclusion】 Artemisinin and Artequick are not easy to produce resistance. Combined application of artemisinin and piperaquine can delay the development of resistance.
