在分析钱江枢纽闸站自动化工程的控制需求基础上,设计了钱江枢纽闸站控制系统的结构,通过局域网和Internet将控制系统的各现场控制单元以及各种控制设备连接到枢纽闸站监控中心,以实现高效的远程管理调度。通过分析PLC控制系统采集的各种信号的类型以及具体的点数设计了控制方案。同时详细介绍了上位机监控系统需要进行采集、统计、记录、控制、显示等各种操作的实现方式,并阐述了图像监视系统、仪表检测系统、交直流供电及微机保护系统如何协调工作,实现对钱江枢纽闸站及河道工程监控。系统投入运行近2年来稳定可靠,解决了该枢纽的防涝问题。
Based on the analysis of the control requirements of Qianjiang Junction Gate automation project, the structure of the control system of Qianjiang Junction Gate Station was designed.
