按自拟标准将确定为氟骨症的山羊30只随机分为骨痹丸高、低剂量组,空白对照组三组,并与健康山羊进行对比研究。结果骨痹丸对骨密度有一定的改善作用,并与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病理切片显示骨痹丸高低剂量实验组被氟毒破坏的骨质修复趋于完善,结构正常。明显区别于对照组。提示骨痹丸对骨骼破坏有修复效果。
Thirty goats with skeletal osseous bone were randomly divided into high-dose and low-dose groups of Guwei Pills and three groups of blank control groups according to the self-designed standards, and compared with healthy goats. Results Guwei Pill had a certain improvement effect on bone mineral density, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). Pathological sections showed that the osteoporosis repaired by fluorotoxin in the experimental group with high and low doses of bone marrow tends to be perfect and the structure is normal. It is clearly different from the control group. It is suggested that Guju Pills have a repair effect on bone destruction.
