目的:观察氟伐他汀对冠心病Ⅱa型高胆固醇血症患者氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白、可溶性细胞间粘附分子和p一选择素水平的影响,探讨3一羟-3一甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-COA)还原酶抑制剂调脂外的抗动脉粥样硬化(AS)作用。方法:氟伐他汀40mg/d,疗程6个月。测定服药前后氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白、p一选择素和可溶性细胞间粘附分子水平。结果:氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白、p一选择素和可溶性细胞间粘附分子水平治疗后较治疗前显著下降(0.83±0.34 vs 0.53±0.16;230±48 vs 156±23;126±49 vs 78±33,P均<0.01)。结论:氟伐他汀可降低氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白水平,抑制p一选择素、可溶性细胞间粘附分子表达,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of fluvastatin on the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule and p-selectin in patients with coronary heart disease Ⅱa hypercholesterolemia. To investigate the effect of fluvastatin on the level of 3-hydroxymethyl-3-methylglutaryl Anti-Atherosclerosis (AS) Role of Coenzyme A (HMG-COA) Reductase Inhibitors in Regulating Lipid Metabolism. Methods: fluvastatin 40mg / d, treatment for 6 months. The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, p-selectin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule were measured before and after treatment. Results: The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, p-selectin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule decreased significantly after treatment (0.83 ± 0.34 vs 0.53 ± 0.16; 230 ± 48 vs 156 ± 23; 126 ± 49 vs 78 ± 33, P <0.01). Conclusion: Fluvastatin can reduce the level of oxidized low density lipoprotein, inhibit the expression of p-selectin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule, and has anti-atherosclerotic effect.
