[目的]为掌握福安市新远造船有限公司厂区医学媒介生物的种群密度及季节消长情况。[方法]根据福建出入境检验检疫局《口岸媒介生物本底调查方案》进行调查。[结果]厂区捕获鼠类44只,属啮齿目鼠科5种、鼩鼱科1种,年均鼠密度3.7%,最高为9月(20.5%),褐家鼠为优势种(68.2%);全年受检鼠染蚤率6.8%(3/44),检获蚤2种7只,蚤指数为0.16;检获革螨3只,革螨指数0.07;捕获成蚊3种50只,年均成蚊密度为4.17只/人工小时,以三带喙库蚊为优势种(86.0%);捕获苍蝇760只,隶属4科6属7种,年均苍蝇密度为12.67只/笼,以家蝇为优势种(58.8%),除1月和2月外,均有蝇类活动;均未捕获蜚蠊。[结论]本底调查基本查清厂区常见鼠、蚤、革螨、蚊、蝇和蜚蠊的种群密度及季节消长。 [Objective] To know the population density and seasonal fluctuation of medical vector organisms in Fuan XinYuan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. [Method] According to the “Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Fujian Entry-Exit Inspection Plan” to investigate. [Result] Totally 44 rodents were captured in the plant area, including 5 rodents and 1 rodents. The average annual density of rodents was 3.7%, the highest was September (20.5%) and the brown rodent was the dominant species (68.2%). ; The rate of rodent flea infection was 6.8% (3/44) in the whole year, 7 fleas were 2, flea index was 0.16; 3 leather mites were seized, leather mite index was 0.07; The density of adult mosquitoes was 4.17 / artificial hour, the dominant species was Culex tritaeniorhynchus (86.0%); 760 flies were captured, belonging to 4 families, 6 genera and 7 species, the annual average flies density was 12.67 / cage, The dominant species (58.8%) had flies activities except January and February; no cockroach was captured. [Conclusion] The background investigation basically found out the population density and seasonal fluctuation of the common rats, fleas, leather mites, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches in the factory.
