In this paper, we studied the effects of parasitism and in vitro storage on the nematode invasion and exercise capacity of the larvae of C. elegans, C.subergii and C.subtilis during their propagation from C. lactea larvae. The results showed that the in vitro nematode time had an impact on its invasion rate. The invader rates of nematodes in vitro on day 1 were higher than those on days 7, which was abnormally significant in C. crassa. During the storage period of 30 days, the invasion rate of three kinds of nematodes gradually increased with the prolongation of storage period, and the larvae and imago were generally stored for 7 days and the nematodes were stored for 15 days. The invasion rate Which reached the peak after the basic stability; after short-term storage, in addition to the Cuban nematode exercise capacity was not significantly improved, the other two nematodes after 10 days of storage capacity were higher than those just off-body nematodes.
