近年来,明星代言虚假广告蔚然成风,给消费者造成重大伤害。随着广告业的不断成熟、人们消费意识和社会意识的普遍增强,明星代言虚假广告的问题被推到风口浪尖,倍受社会关注。但由于我国相应立法工作相对缓慢滞后,有关明星代言虚假广告的法律规范还属空白。本文意在寻找形成这一法律空缺的原因,寻求改善明星代言虚假广告现状的方法。
In recent years, celebrity endorsements of false advertisements have become common practice, causing significant harm to consumers. As the advertising industry continues to mature, people’s consumption awareness and social awareness are generally enhanced. The issue of celebrity endorsement of false advertising has been pushed to the cusp and has drawn much public attention. However, due to the relatively slow lag of the corresponding legislative work in our country, the legal norms on celebrity endorsements of false advertisements are still blank. This article aims to find the reason for the formation of this legal gap and seek ways to improve the status quo of celebrity endorsements of false advertising.
