采用硅窗袋贮藏‘肥城桃’明显地抑制果实的呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率 ,推迟呼吸高峰。硅窗袋加入乙烯吸收剂处理可增强贮藏效果。在低温下贮藏 2 5d后去掉硅窗袋转至 14℃下存放 5d ,果实能正常后熟 ,并具有 9d的货架期。
The storage of ’Feicheng peach’ using silicon window bags significantly inhibits the fruit’s respiration rate and ethylene release rate, postponing the respiration peak. Silicon windows with ethylene absorbent treatment can enhance the storage effect. After storage for 2 5 days at low temperature, the silicon windows were removed and stored at 14 ° C for 5 days.
