目的:研究沙棘对慢性阻塞性肺病模型的改善作用。方法:把30只小鼠分成空白对照组、模型组、沙棘组,除空白对照组外对其它组小鼠行气管内滴注猪胰蛋白酶和脂多糖,持续4周。空白对照组、模型组小鼠每天灌胃给予双蒸水,沙棘组灌胃给予沙棘散混悬液。结果:模型组的平均肺泡直径明显大于空白组(P<0.01),沙棘组的平均肺泡直径明显小于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:沙棘能抑制药物引起的模型小鼠肺部病变。
Objective: To study the effect of seabuckthorn on the model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Thirty mice were divided into blank control group, model group and seabuckthorn group. Except for blank control group, other groups were given intratracheal instillation of porcine trypsin and lipopolysaccharide for 4 weeks. The blank control group and the model group mice were given gavage daily with double distilled water, and the seabuckthorn group was given gavage suspension of seabuckthorn by gavage. Results: The mean alveolar diameter of the model group was significantly larger than that of the blank group (P <0.01). The mean alveolar diameter of the group of Hippophae rhamnoides was significantly smaller than that of the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Seabuckthorn can inhibit the pathological changes of lung in model mice induced by drugs.
