在知识经济时代,知识资本已经被企业当作最重要的企业资本之一,作为知识资本的重要载体,知识型员工创造和发展着企业,成为当代企业人力资源管理的重心员工。然而目前我国的大部分企业对知识型员工的人力资本投资是不够的,我国知识型员工的整体人力资本存量并不高。本文厘清关于知识型员工人力资本投资的概念;指出目前我国知识型员工人力资本投资存在的主要问题;分析探讨了企业对知识型员工人力资本投资出现问题的原因;最后提出了我国企业对知识型员工人力资本投资应采取的对策。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge capital has been regarded as one of the most important corporate capital. As an important carrier of knowledge capital, knowledge workers create and develop enterprises and become the focus of human resources management in contemporary enterprises. However, at present, most of the enterprises in our country do not have enough investment in human capital for knowledge workers, and the total human capital stock of knowledge workers in our country is not high. This paper clarifies the concept of human capital investment for knowledge workers, points out the main problems existing in human capital investment of knowledge workers in our country, analyzes the reasons for the problems of human capital investment in knowledge workers, and finally puts forward some suggestions for our country’s knowledge- Countermeasures for employee human capital investment.
