实心球,一种体育器材,实心材质,呈球形,故称作实心球。它同时也是一种体育项目,部分地区将“投掷实心球”的分数计入中考。正面原地头上投掷实心球,它是体育高考项目之一,也曾是体质健康标准测试的内容之一,在教学中通常用这一内容来替代其他的投掷选项。对于该项目而言,考察学生或运动员的身体核心素质反映具有很高的参考性。然而对于该内容在教学的实施过程中有很多理解存在各种偏差,笔者通过教学实践以及运动员高考训练体会,谈谈对该项目的几点思考。 Solid ball, a sports equipment, solid material, spherical, so called solid ball.
