写人记叙文是小学生在小学阶段写作文的重点内容之一。多为通过一件事、多件事去写人,或对人物的语言、行为作描写。或对人物的肖像、心理作描写。写人时要根据要求,择取最能表现人物的思想品质和个性特征的某些事件的片段,去突出人物的形象,所写的事不一定六要素齐备。如《“间谍”与“老板”》一文就是通过“间谍”与“老板”的监督来写父母对子女的教育及关爱的。《妈妈速写》则通过三个“场景”描写突现了妈妈的精明能干及孝顺。
