LD200-250-11型高压离心风机是用于小化肥厂φ2.26米造气炉的送风机。该风机原性能达到设计要求,但是存在效率低、电耗大的缺点。本文详细分析了该风机效率低的原因,介绍了该风机的改进方案。通过采用:(1)叶轮采用弧前盘或锥前盘;(2)采用弧锥型集流器或短锥型集流器,并与叶轮构成套口间隙;(3)叶道进口采用§<1的减速流动;(4)减小叶片出口的出口宽度;(5)减小叶片的出口安装等措施,使样机的设计工况点效率均高于78%,风压、风量满足设计要求。
LD200-250-11-type high-pressure centrifugal fan is used for small fertilizer φ2.26 m gas furnace blower. The original performance of the fan to meet the design requirements, but the existence of low efficiency, high power consumption shortcomings. This paper analyzes in detail the reasons for the low efficiency of the fan, introduces the improved scheme of the fan.
