本文利用保留脊髓背根(L4)的大鼠模型,电镜下观察测量了L3脊髓节段Ⅱ板层内突触的形态学改变。结果表明,术后4天时,突触的数目(Nv)明显下降。术后35天时,树突周围的简单终末(ST)明显增多,复合终末(CT)也较前易见。CT常与同一树突形成多个突触联接,从而使损伤区的突触数目(Nv)恢复至正常水平。我们认为,保留背根的轴突不但以简单终末的形式取代了变性终末,也与其靶细胞形成了突触联接。
In this paper, the rat spinal cord dorsal root (L4) retains the rat model, observed by electron microscopy L3 spinal lamina synapse morphological changes. The results showed that after 4 days, the number of synapses (Nv) decreased significantly. After 35 days, the simple terminal (ST) around the dendrite increased significantly, and the composite terminal (CT) was also seen more easily. CT often with the same dendritic multiple synaptic connections, so that the injured area of the synapse number (Nv) returned to normal levels. We believe that axons that retain dorsal roots not only replace the denatured terminal in the form of simple terminals, but also form synaptic connections with their target cells.
