目的 比较肿瘤主动特异性免疫治疗中具有佐剂作用的白色念珠菌、李斯特菌及卡介苗的免疫调节效应和抑瘤作用。方法 选择白色念珠菌、李斯特菌、卡介苗各自联合小鼠S 180肿瘤疫苗 ,皮下免疫接种荷瘤小鼠 ,检测小鼠脾细胞IL 2、IFN 产生水平 ,腹腔MTNF α产生水平 ,观察荷瘤小鼠瘤体重量和存活期。结果 三种微生物佐剂均能协同瘤苗增强免疫小鼠IL 2、IFN 和TNF α的产生能力 (P <0 0 1,0 0 5 ) ,有效抑制足垫部移植瘤的生长 ,抑制率在 6 2 8%~ 75 8%之间 ,显著高于单独注射瘤苗组 (P <0 0 1) ,延长腹腔植瘤小鼠平均存活期 7~ 14天 ,白色念珠菌、李斯特菌协同提高腹腔植瘤小鼠存活率 2 0 %。结论 白色念珠菌和李斯特菌与卡介苗具有同样的佐剂效应 ,能够协同瘤苗有效抑制肿瘤生长
Objective To compare the immunomodulatory effects and antitumor effects of Candida albicans, Listeria monocytogenes and BCG with adjuvant effects in tumor-specific active immunotherapy. Methods The S180 tumor vaccines of Candida albicans, Listeria monocytogenes and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin were combined and subcutaneously immunized with tumor-bearing mice. IL 2, IFN levels in spleen cells of mice were measured, and levels of TNF-α in the abdominal cavity were measured. Tumor mouse tumor weight and survival. Results The three microbial adjuvants could synergistically enhance the production of IL 2, IFN, and TNF α in mice immunized with tumor vaccine (P < 0.01, 0.05), effectively inhibiting the growth of transplanted tumor in the footpad, and the inhibition rate was 6 8% to 75 8% were significantly higher than those injected with the tumor vaccine alone (P < 0 01), and the average survival time of mice with prolonged peritoneal tumors was 7 to 14 days. Synergistic increase of Candida albicans and Listeria monocytogenes was observed. The survival rate of mice with abdominal tumors was 20%. Conclusion Candida albicans and Listeria monocytogenes have the same adjuvant effect as BCG and can effectively inhibit tumor growth with synergistic tumor vaccine.
