查办工作是办公部门的一项十分重要的工作,它既具有广(牵涉方面广)、杂(包罗内容杂)、多(具体环节多)、大(工作容量大)、难(解决问题难)的自身特点,又具有上、下、左、右制约的外部环境。在这种情况下,如何使查办工作朝着有条理、高效率、优质量的方向再前进一步?几年来,我们在这方面进行了一些尝试,主要做法是:抓住四个关键环节,力求达到查办工作的“四化”。
