股份制作为一种经济组织形式,自去年国家有关股份制企业试点法规颁布以来,在我省得到蓬勃的发展,据不完全统计,截止今年4月底,经省有关部门审批实行股份制试点的企业已达298户(不包括各地批准的股份合作制企业);股本总额61.9亿元,其中:国家股23亿元,占股本总额的37％;法人股27亿元,占股本总额的44％;个人股11.8亿元,占股本总额的19％。
