目的:评估植入心血管植入式电子设备患者的卒中和系统性栓塞(SSE)发生率与CHA2 DS2-VASc评分和心房颤动(AF )持续时间的关系.rn方法:将Optum电子健康记录数据库(2007～2017年)与能够持续监测AF的Medtronic CareLink心血管植入式电子设备数据库相连.检索日期指定为设备植入后6个月或电子健康记录数据可用后1年.在检索日期之前,使用电子健康记录数据对患者进行CHA2 DS2-VASc评分.在检索日期之前的6个月内,评估患者每日最大AF负荷量(按AF持续时间分为无AF、6 min～23 .5 h、>23 .5 h).在检索日期之后计算SSE发生率.
