有学者提出国内法理学界难与国际法理学界对话的主要原因就在法学研究方法上。而又在我们这样一个漠视方法的文化里,探讨方法在法律学科中的意趣,则显现的十分必要和有意义。 Some scholars have suggested that the main reason why the domestic jurisprudence is difficult to dialogue with the international jurisprudence circle lies in the legal research methods. However, it is very necessary and meaningful for us to explore the method’s interest in the legal discipline in a culture that ignores the method.
