液晶固定液对于分离几何异构体具有特殊的选择性,但液晶在玻璃毛细管柱内壁的成膜性能差,影响了柱稳定性和柱效率。考虑到液晶固定液的特点,本文用聚酯作脱活试剂对玻璃毛细管内壁进行脱活处理,制备了MPBHxB等液晶玻璃毛细管柱。测试结果表明,用聚酯脱活制备的液晶玻璃毛细管柱柱效率较高,稳定性较好,可用于实际分析。
Liquid crystal fixatives have special selectivity for the separation of geometric isomers, but the poor film-forming properties of the liquid crystal on the inner wall of the glass capillary column affect the column stability and column efficiency. Taking into account the characteristics of the liquid crystal fixative, this paper used polyester deactivation reagent deactivation of the glass capillary wall, prepared MPBHxB and other liquid crystal glass capillary column. The test results show that the liquid crystal glass capillary column prepared by polyester deactivation has high efficiency and good stability, and can be used for practical analysis.
