1992年6月,采用WHO接触简法,按照1991年全国蚊类抗性监测网提供的剂量方法,检测了中华按蚊成虫对溴氰菊酯和DDT抗性,按机率值回归分析法处理检测结果。以0.01%的溴氰菊酯接触25分钟为区分剂量,其死亡率为80.72%;经0.01%的浓度作64、32、16、8分钟系列时间,结果LT_(50)为22分钟,95%可信限为19——24分钟(X~2=1.373,P>0.05)。以4%的DDT接触1小时为区分剂量,其死亡率为78.38%;按4%、2%、1%、0.5%均接触1小时作系列浓度,结果LC50为3.1%,95%可主限为2.58——3.72%,(X~2=3.242,P>0.05)。检测结果表明我市中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、DDT具有初级抗性和肯定抗性。
