林地生态红线保护是林业生态建设的重要内容之一。对林地占用进行动态监测,是林地生态红线保护的重要手段之一。利用遥感技术和地理信息系统的空间分析技术,以TM8遥感数据为主要数据源,建立影像解译标志,通过目视解译的方法提取云南省全省的林地占用图斑,从区域尺度上获取林地占用图斑的分布和面积情况。结果表明利用TM8影像数据进行林地占用动态监测的结果是可靠的。为进一步开展林地占用动态监测提供技术支持,为宏观决策者实施林地非法侵占管制提供科学依据。
Forest red line ecological protection is an important part of forestry ecological construction. The dynamic monitoring of forest land occupation is one of the important means to protect the ecological red line of forest land. Using remote sensing technology and geographic information system spatial analysis technology, taking TM8 remote sensing data as the main data source, the image interpretation signs were established, and the forest land occupation patch in Yunnan province was extracted by visual interpretation, and obtained from the regional scale Woodland occupancy pattern distribution and area of the situation. The results show that the results of forest land use dynamic monitoring using TM8 image data are reliable. Provide technical support for further carrying out dynamic monitoring of forestland occupation and provide scientific basis for macro-decision-makers to implement illegal occupation of forestland.
