患者林某某,男性,27岁。系某部队志愿兵。于1984年6月27日入院。诊断为风湿性关节炎。次日15时30分肌肉注射夏天无注射液4cm,注射后5分钟患者自觉头昏、疲乏无力、全身皮肤瘙痒。20分钟时瘙痒加(?)、咽喉部有梗阻感、咳嗽、气短、心慌。 检查发现面色潮红,结合摸高度水肿。汗出、全身皮肤潮红且出现小米粒样大小的、散在的红色丘疹,压之退色。血压100/60。心肺阴性。立即给予苯海拉明50mg、静脉点滴10％葡萄糖液500ml
