本实验设计了钛合金基体等离子喷涂生物活性梯度涂层材料。通过对过渡层成分及结构的设计,提高金属基体与涂层之间的结合强度。实验对涂层的显微结构及涂层与基体的界面进行了研究,对材料性能进行了初步探讨。
The experiment designed a titanium alloy substrate plasma spraying bioactive gradient coating material. Through the transition layer composition and structure design, improve the bonding strength between the metal matrix and the coating. The microstructure of the coating and the interface between the coating and the substrate were studied experimentally, and the properties of the coating were discussed.
