为提高嫁接甜瓜的耐盐胁迫能力,以薄皮甜瓜金妃为材料,研究嫁接对甜瓜耐盐性及果实品质的影响。结果表明:嫁接可显著提高苗期生物量、耐盐胁迫能力及果实产量。世纪星、帝王新土佐砧木植株生物量、壮苗指数表现最佳。200mmol·L~(-1) NaCl胁迫下,帝王新土佐、铁力砧和青研砧木1号耐盐效果良好。产量表现方面,世纪星和铁力砧表现出色;果实品质试验表明,嫁接会导致果实中可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量降低及可滴定酸含量升高,进而导致甜瓜果实品质下降。
In order to improve salt tolerance of grafted melon, the effect of grafting on the salt tolerance and fruit quality of muskmelon was studied by using the golden skin of melon. The results showed that grafting could significantly increase seedling biomass, salt tolerance and fruit yield. Century Star, Emperor Tosa rootstock plant biomass, seedlings index best performance. Under the stress of 200 mmol·L -1 NaCl, the salt tolerance of imperial new Tosa, iron anvil and Qingyan rootstock 1 was good. In terms of yield performance, Century Star and Iron Anvil performed well. The fruit quality tests showed that the grafting resulted in the decrease of soluble solid content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and titratable acid content in fruit, which led to the decrease of fruit quality .
