If someone asks you: Are you healthy? Well, if you are physically strong, you are sure to pat your chest and say to you: absolute health! To the hospital, blood tests, X-rays, and CT guarantees no problem. However, you are probably wrong. Because the United Nations World Health Organization defines health as: Health is not only free of disease, but also the good health and safety of human and social well-being. Therefore, psychiatrists say that the concept of health does not simply mean that the body is not ill, but it should also include mental health and requires that one have good social functions and social adaptability, as well as healthy interpersonal relationships and good personality.
