在物质生活日益丰富的今天,追求体态健美,身材匀称已成为时尚,健美最忌肥胖,“减肥”已成为当今发达国家人们谈论的热点问题。何谓肥胖,公认的标准是:超过理想体重的20—30%为轻度肥胖,超过理想体重的30—40%为中度肥胖,超过50%以上者为重度肥胖。北京军事医学科学院军队卫生研究所制定的测算肥胖度的公式为,肥胖度=(实际体重—理想体重)÷理想体重×100%。举例:身高170厘米的成年人理想体重是62公斤,而实际测得的体重为71公斤,推算出他的肥胖度为14.5%,结论是体重过重。给肥胖划分等级的目的是,因为等级不同,则表现的症状不同,治疗方案也就不同。
In today’s material rich life, the pursuit of bodybuilding, body shape has become fashionable, bodybuilding most avoid obesity, “weight loss” has become the hot topic of discussion in today’s developed countries. What is obesity, the accepted standard is: 20-30% of ideal body weight is mild obesity, more than ideal body weight 30-40% is moderate obesity, more than 50% is severe obesity. The formula for calculating the degree of obesity developed by the Military Health Institute of Beijing Academy of Military Medical Sciences is: Obesity = (actual body weight - ideal body weight) ÷ ideal body weight × 100%. Example: An adult with a height of 170 cm has an ideal body weight of 62 kg, whereas the actually measured body weight is 71 kg. His calculated degree of obesity is 14.5%, concluding that he is overweight. The purpose of grading obesity is to show different symptoms because of different grades and different treatment options.
