This article discusses the potential of Shaw type rotary compressor. The compressor has two rotating drums rotating continuously around two skewed shafts, and the hollow bellows, which couple the two drums, serve as the cylinder for the compressed gas. It must be pointed out that Shaw-type compressors have the following characteristics: its inertial force is completely balanced; the valve area can be used to install much larger than the reciprocating compressor; to achieve multi-stage compression and oil-free lubrication is possible; And possibly driven by an internal combustion engine which shares two rotary drums with the compressor and which in turn will make the unit a very compact source of supply.
