以腹板开孔及不开孔HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体作为研究对象,通过ANSYS数值模拟分析龙骨高度、厚度、闭合区高度比对传热及热桥效应的影响。对HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体承载力、保温性、耐久性进行简述。同时,对影响墙体传热性能的三个孔洞参数进行分析,包括:孔的长度、孔的宽度、腹板开孔排数。研究结果表明:腹板开孔能够有效地减少HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体热量损失,降低热桥效应;龙骨高度增大,厚度减小,闭合区高度比减小均能使墙体传热系数减小,以满足保温要求。孔洞长度、开孔排数对墙体传热性能有较大影响,孔洞宽度几乎无影响。
