离子选择电极分析,近几年在国内有了迅速的发展,用氟电极作指示电极,间接法测定合金钢、合金、硅酸盐中的铝在国内已有报道,我们在学习兄弟单位经验基础上,具体对锡基合金、稀土合金、铜合金、炉渣及各种合金钢的铝进行了测定,其结果与化学分析结果符合。该法手续简单,快速,有一定的准确性。选择法的原理是基于在一定离子强度、酸度和温度条件下,以氟与铝形成稳定的1∶2络合物(Al~+F+_2)作为终点,进行电位滴定。
