采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及力学性能等测试手段,研究了时效处理对Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd镁合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd合金挤压后经T5处理后有球状的第二相粒子析出,使合金硬度和强度明显提高;经T5处理后合金的第二相有富集的趋势,使得耐蚀性能略有下降。
The effects of aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd magnesium alloy were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and mechanical properties. The results show that the spherical second phase particles precipitated after the T5 treatment of Mg-6Zn-0.7Zr-0.5Cd-1.5Nd alloy and the hardness and strength of the alloy are obviously increased. The second phase of the alloy after T5 treatment Enrichment trend, making the corrosion resistance decreased slightly.
