对短期和长期贮存的稻瘟病菌菌株进行了致病性测试,大部分菌株致病性发生变异,少部分菌株保持原来的致病性。86-47a(B_(13))、87-123a(B_(15))、90-29a(A_1)、90-67a(B_(13))、90-83b(B_(13))和90-95a(B_(13))6个菌株经贮存及多次继代培养后仍保持原有的致病性,初步认为这6个菌株的致病性是较稳定的。从同一病穗分离的不同单孢的致病性表现一致,田间的稻瘟病菌有其相对的稳定性。筛选出致病性相对稳定且具代表性的菌系是有可能的。
Pathogenicity tests were carried out on short and long-term stored strains of Magnaporthe grisea, most of which were pathogenic and some of them remained virulent. 86-47a (B_ (13)), 87-123a (B_ (15)), 90-29a (A_1), 90-67a (B_ (13)), 90-83b (B_ (13) (B_ (13)) six strains after storage and multiple subcultures remain the original pathogenicity, preliminary thought that the six strains of the pathogenicity is more stable. The pathogenicity of different monospores isolated from the same panicle was consistent with that of M. grisea in the field. It is possible to screen a relatively stable and representative bacterial strain.
