如果采用传统的急倾斜开采方法(例如伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤法或者落垛采煤法),将会消耗大量的木料资源。文章对悬移支架壁式采煤法进行了阐述,其所消耗的木料大大减少,无论是回采工艺还是工耗都得到了有效的简化。相比起传统的采煤方法 ,回采率得到了有效的提升,可以到达到80%以上。另外,经过对悬移支架壁式采煤法加以改进和优化,效果非常显著;同时成功的应用在急倾斜煤层开采之中,取得了良好的效益。文章对相关方面进行具体的阐述。
Using conventional steep mining methods, such as pseudo-sloped flexible shield mining or falling stack mining, can consume significant amounts of lumber. The article describes the hanging bracket wall mining method, the wood consumption greatly reduced, both the mining process or the consumption has been effectively simplified. Compared with the traditional mining methods, recovery rate has been effectively improved, can reach more than 80%. In addition, through the improvement and optimization of the wall-hanging coal mining method, the effect is very significant; meanwhile, it has been successfully applied in the mining of steep coal seams and has achieved good benefits.
