行政公文,[1,4-9]是公务文书的简称,是人类在治理社会、管理国家公务实践中使用的、具有法定权威和规范格式的应用文。行政公文作为行政机关处理公务的重要工具,其语言必须庄重、准确、朴实、精炼、严谨、规范,这些特点体现在词语、语句、表达、修辞等方面。本文首先阐述行政公文的修辞原则,然后对行政公文修辞中的句式修辞、修辞格修辞的选择进行介绍。
Administrative documents, [1,4-9] are abbreviations for official documents, and are application texts that have the legal authority and standard format for human being’s use in governing the society and managing the national public service. As an important tool for administrative organs to handle public affairs, administrative documents must be solemn, accurate, simple, refined, rigorous and standardized in terms of words, sentences, expressions and rhetoric. This article first elaborates the rhetorical principle of administrative official documents, and then introduces the syntactic rhetoric and rhetorical rhetoric choices in official official rhetoric.
