田间作物群体光合作用测定方法的改进

大田作物群体的光合作用测定,目前国内采用的主要方法是气流法和CO_2补偿法。这两种方法都需要把CO_2分析仪、管道系统和电源等设备带入田间,并且为解决光合箱内升温问题,需配备制冷机、空调机等作为降温设备,结构较复杂,造价昂贵,普遍使用存在一定困难。为解决以上问题,我们参考日本和美国的密闭式测法,并加以修改,以 Photosynthesis of field crop populations determination, the current domestic use of the main methods are air flow method and CO 2 compensation method.
