80年前,爷爷年满18岁时,被抓去当兵。时值国运衰败,战乱频起,爷爷在家时好武术,喜棍棒,在部队很快被提为连长。七七事变后,他被编在贺龙将军部下的国民革命军第八路军。从此爷爷就走在抗日前线,爷爷最拿手的活是打火炮。他曾用火炮击落日军两架飞机。后来在晋中抗日根据地又用机关枪,打退日军的进犯。百团大战中不幸中弹伤了右眼。抗战胜利后,爷爷被授予二等功。新中国成立,爷爷才回到家乡。 Eighty years ago, when Grandpa was 18 years old, he was arrested as a soldier. Grandpa’s best job is to fight artillery. He used guns to shoot down two Japanese aircraft. Later, in the Jinzhong Anti-Japanese Base, they also used machine guns to repel the Japanese army’s attacks. In the Hundred Regiments Offensive, the right eye was wounded. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Grandpa was awarded second class. When New China was established, Grandpa returned to his hometown.
