菱镁阻燃装饰板的吸水率是该板的一个重要理性能。目前企业标准所采用的测定方法是借用国家标准一硬质纤维板的吸水率测定方法。但是硬质纤维板和菱镁阻燃装饰板有本质不同。经研究,作者认为上述方法测得的吸水率是真实吸水率和浸出物质百分率之差值。因此建议将浸水时间从国标对硬质纤维板规定的24h缩短到8~12h,并放置称重得到干重,由此得出菱镁阻燃装饰板的真实吸水率。
The water absorption rate of magnesia flame-retardant decorative board is an important physical property of the board. The current measurement method adopted by the company’s standards is to use the national standard for determining the water absorption of a hard fiberboard. However, hard fiberboard and magnesia flame retardant decorative board are essentially different. After study, the author thinks that the water absorption rate measured by the above method is the difference between the true water absorption rate and the percentage of leaching material. Therefore, it is recommended that the immersion time be shortened from the national standard to 24 hours for hard fiberboards to 8 to 12 hours, and the weight should be weighed to obtain the dry weight. Thus, the true water absorption rate of the magnesite flame retardant decorative board is obtained.
