作者采用杂交加辐射的方法,促使不育基因与蓝粒基因易位连锁,以便在种子阶段即可将可育的与不育的区别开来,使小麦杂种优势的利用成为可能。本文介绍了诱变1代至3代的试验结果。并分析讨论了M_1蓝粒不育株回交的与M_2蓝粒不育株回交的育性、粒色及染色体构型的关系;蓝粒不育小麦的类型及其预测;蓝粒标记性状与显性不育基因发生连锁的措施。
