目的 研究细胞间隙连接蛋白基因 connexin43及其蛋白、雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)在子宫平滑肌瘤中的表达 ,从核酸及蛋白水平探讨三者在子宫平滑肌瘤发生中的相关关系 .方法 应用核酸原位杂交技术和 SP免疫组织化学法 ,研究 37例子宫平滑肌瘤、 2 0例正常子宫平滑肌组织中 ,cx43m RNA及其蛋白、ER、PR的表达规律 .结果 cx43m RNA及其蛋白、 ER、 PR在子宫平滑肌瘤中的表达明显高于在子宫平滑肌组织中的水平 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 cx43m RNA及其蛋白在子宫平滑肌瘤中的过度表达 ,是子宫平滑肌瘤发生过程的重要事件 ,与 ER、PR水平升高呈现一致性 ,为进一步揭示子宫平滑肌瘤的复杂分子机制、寻求可靠的早期标志的研究有重要意义
Objective To study the expression of connexin 43, its protein, estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in uterine leiomyomas and to explore the relationship between connexin 43, uterine leiomyoma .Methods The expression of cx43m RNA, ER, PR in 37 cases of uterine leiomyomas and 20 cases of normal uterine smooth muscle tissues were studied by in situ hybridization and SP immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of cx43m RNA and its protein ER, PR in uterine leiomyoma was significantly higher than that in uterine smooth muscle (P <0.05) .Conclusion The expression of cx43m RNA and its protein in uterine smooth muscle The overexpression in fibroids is an important event in the process of uterine leiomyomas, which is consistent with the increase of ER and PR levels.
