我国8m~2的氧化球团竖炉(以下简称竖炉)年产量已达三十多万吨.随着竖炉产量的提高,排出球团矿的温度升高,如杭州钢铁厂竖炉的排矿温度在500~600℃以上,每吨成品球团矿带走的物理热达十万大卡以上(见表1),为竖炉总热收入的40%左右.这部分热量目前尚未回收利用,是能源的一大浪费.由于排矿温度高,成品球团矿运输设备复杂、寿命低、劳动条件不好,影响竖炉的正常生产.因此,降低竖炉的排矿温度是目前急待解决的问题.
