本文首次报导了用~(13)C核磁共振测定完整野生大豆种子的脂肪酸组成,并对方法做了论证。肯定了其准确、快速、不破坏种子生活力的特点。发现高蛋白野生大豆(蛋白质含量>50%)中有亚麻酸含量较低的种子;发现吉林省不同进化类型大豆亚麻酸的含量为。野生>半野生>半栽培>栽培大豆。认为核磁共振技术能有效地用于油份品质的遗传研究,加速育种进程。
This paper reports for the first time the determination of fatty acid composition of whole wild soybean seeds by ~ (13) C nuclear magnetic resonance and demonstrates the method. Affirmed its accurate, fast, does not destroy the characteristics of seed vitality. It was found that high-protein wild soybean (protein content> 50%) in the lower linolenic acid seeds; found in Jilin Province, different evolutionary types of soybean linolenic acid content. Wild> semi-wild> semi-cultivated> cultivated soybean. It is believed that NMR technology can be used effectively in the genetic research of oil quality and accelerate the breeding process.
