在钢厂利用Thermophil STOR测试系统(黑匣子)进行步进式加热炉内U75V重轨钢280 mm×380mm铸坯加热过程温度跟踪,并用Origin软件进行数据处理,得出铸坯加热温度、升温速度、表面与中心温差等曲线。结果表明,铸坯平均加热温度为1220℃,当在炉时间超过180 min,应降低均热段控制温度约20℃;炉内水梁对铸坯下表面温度影响较大,应控制均热段下部温度较上部温度高20℃;在目前加热工艺下,重轨铸坯出炉时内外温差(厚度方向)控制在20℃以内,铸坯温度在1 200℃以上,能满足重轨生产要求。
In the steel mill, Thermophil STOR test system (black box) was used to carry out the temperature tracking of the 280 mm × 380 mm slab heating process in U75V heavy rail steel in the stepping furnace. The data were processed with Origin software to obtain the slab heating temperature, heating rate, Surface and center temperature curve. The results showed that the average heating temperature of slab was 1220 ℃. When the furnace time exceeded 180 min, the control temperature of soaking zone should be reduced by about 20 ℃. The influence of water beam on the temperature of slab lower surface should be controlled. The lower temperature is 20 ℃ higher than the upper temperature; under the current heating process, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the heavy rail slab is controlled within 20 ℃ and the slab temperature is above 1200 ℃, which can meet the heavy rail production requirements.
