员工培训工作是企业提升人才素质,更好发挥人才作用的重要一环,越来越多的企业对其认可并广为利用。企业培训一般有岗前培训、在职培训等形式,无论是从外部聘请专家,还是利用企业自己的培训人员,多数企业现有的培训往往都把立足点放在员工技能水平的提高上,来提高员工工作效率。也有企业把员工送到大学或其它单位进行外部培训这些千篇一律的培训工作,忽视了其它效益提高的因素。因为实践证明并不是一个人专业水平高,就一定会有较高的业绩,影响每个人业绩的因素是多方面的。因此从培训角度来说,培训的多视角、全方位在培训实际操作过程中是需要予以注意的。关注影响企业效益因素的“软”环境,更有益于企业整体效益的提高。
