MgB2超导股线具有40K的临界温度,制备比较容易,并且镁、硼是自然界丰富的元素,制造成本相对较低;但是Mg B2是非常脆的金属间化合物超导体,制造可弯和耐用的线材将面临巨大的挑战。在实际应用过程中,Mg B2超导股线不可避免地受到外力的作用,由于Mg B2力学性能较差,所以对Mg B2超导股线的临界性能及力学性能的研究具有重要的意义。目前在我国,宝胜集团有限公司为首家掌握千米级高性能多芯Mg B2超导线材工程化制备技术,并具备千米级Mg B2超导线材试生产能力的制造企业。文中主要研究内容为宝胜集团所研制的Mg B2超导股线的低温临界性能及力学性能,为以后的Mg B2超导股线的研制提供依据。

At present, in China, Baosheng Group Co., Ltd. is the first manufacturer to master the engineering preparation technology of kilometer-class high performance multi-core Mg B2 superconducting wire and the trial production capability of kilometer-class Mg B2 superconducting wire. The main research contents of this paper are the low temperature critical properties and mechanical properties of MgB2 superconducting strands developed by Baosheng Group, which provide the basis for the future development of MgB2 superconducting strands.
